Job Description

Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is expanding, and we are looking for Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to join our teams at our Davenport & Moline location! If you are passionate about providing excellent patient care and have the right credentials, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare patients for appointments by :
Collecting vital information including weight, vitals, EKG, and medical history.
Refilling prescriptions and providing patient education.
Scheduling diagnostic tests and procedures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care and effective clinic operations.
Provide excellent patient education and support for a wide range of cardiovascular care needs.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education & Experience :

Active certification as an NCMA, CMA (AAMA), RMA, or CCMA (required).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Skills & Abilities :

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused care and excellent interpersonal skills.
