Configuration Technician

Job Title : Configuration Technician Position Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Configuration Technician to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This role involves preparing IT equipment for deployment by performing pre-configuration tasks, validating functionality, and ensuring quality standards are met prior to shipment. It's a hands-on opportunity ideal for individuals looking to grow within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow written instructions to provision and configure IT devices for deployment.
• Perform basic kitting and packaging of equipment.
• Unbox, re-box, and prepare devices for shipping.
• Clean, test, and inspect hardware to ensure proper functionality.
• Escalate technical issues to supervisors as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50 / hr.
