As the Receptionist at Sociaxe, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. You will handle front desk duties, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
