job_description.job_card.job_descriptionResponsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children. Usually assisted by a lead teacher. Responsible for addressing all concerns from parents, children, and classroom staff. Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom are maintained. Complete all necessary paperwork such as daily notes, student accident reports, and attendance reports. Manage all classroom paperwork to ensure proper organization. Attend and participate in staff meetings, academy events, and parent meetings as requested. Communicate appropriate information to parents and maintain developmental profiles for children. Report any issues to the teacher-in-charge or director. Be able to assume appropriate postures for safety and engagement, maintain visual contact with children, and participate in physical activities with children. Meet all state requirements for the position. 1 to 2 years of experience in group childcare is preferred.
