Texas Licensed Automotive Service Advisor

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely advice on automotive repair orders from external partners via phone and email

Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and pricing standards

Analyze clients' needs, recommend solutions, and negotiate order pricing as necessary

Required Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must reside in the Houston, TX area or surrounding counties

Six months of customer service experience required

Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
