JOB SUMMARY :

Focus : Coordinate marketing campaigns and serve as the liaison between the marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate is personable, outgoing, collaborative, flexible, has a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Coordinate sales enablement toolkits including PowerPoint presentations, flyers, training materials, drip campaigns, email templates, etc.
  • Support sales on call blitz days, competitions, and incentive events.
  • Track results and effectiveness of marketing activities and report to Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Lead sales drip campaigns.
  • Automate follow-up messaging after customer contact : webinars, event participations, demos, etc.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and research on new ways to get in front of customers.
  • Drive entire project lifecycles, from vision and concept to timeline management, budgets, execution and reporting.
  • Develop and explore new avenues to deploy the ATG message.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

  • Minimum 3-5 years project management, or related, experience required.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
  • Organizational and project management mastery; understands the roles and responsibilities of teammates and engages others as needed to achieve objectives.
  • A planner with a closing mentality - the ability to articulate the larger plan and set expectations of partners to deliver against it.
  • Strategic thinking - able to take key program features, benefits, and messages combined with knowledge of business analytics and define new strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to run a tight an effective meeting, always leaving with a set of next steps and deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills that can adjust to a variety of audiences to facilitate effective communications.
  • Collaborative, creative types only.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Our industry changes often Marketing team members must be agile, flexible, and ready to respond as needed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members to achieve department goals and hit deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional interruptions. Able to be at desk, phone, and computer for long periods of time preparing, sending and receiving emails.
