we are looking for an Application Development Manager to join our talented young team.

Successful candidates will help improve and optimize our custom-built solutions.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Application Developers through the full Software Development Life Cycle of design, development, security and testing
  • The team builds custom solutions with TypeScript, JavaScript, .NET, C#, Flutter and SQL
  • Thorough, hands-on knowledge and experience in many of these technologies is essential to be successful
  • Other duties include code reviewing, mentoring, code optimization, managing DevOps pipelines, business process analysis, system architecture, system monitoring, troubleshooting and problem analysis

    Requirements for Development Manager :

  • Energetic, positive attitude and ability to lead and motivate a talented young team
  • Work 5 days a week, in-office in O'Fallon, MO
  • 5+ years experience as a Software Engineering Manager / Team Lead

    • with hands-on experience in developing solutions in many of these -

    TypeScript, JavaScript, .NET, Flutter, SQL, Azure DevOps

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field (or equivalent experience).
