Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team and promote a collaborative, professional clinic atmosphere
- Hire and mentor staff while overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional patient care
- Analyze clinic data to meet financial, operational, and productivity goals
- Develop marketing strategies and community partnerships to grow the clinic
- Create an engaging, supportive workplace that encourages staff success
- Provide patient care and maintain prompt, thorough electronic documentation
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- 3+ years of experience in an orthopedic physical therapy setting
- Supervisory or management experience preferred (but not required)
