BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager II (Remote) for an opportunity in United States.

Position Title : Program Manager II

Location : Remote.

Anticipated Start Date : 07 / 08 / 2024.

Expected Duration : 6 Months.

Job Type : Contract

Pay Range : $50-$55 / hr. on W2.

g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Title : Program Manager II

Location : Remote

Summary :

The team sits within the Source to Pay Group and manages all reporting and analytics across the entire organization. They also work to educate users on data and analytics to make their day-to-day lives easier.

Some key projects include :

• Building AI to classify spend
• Building tools to track cost savings
• Providing predictive analytics to our users

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of data across multiple platforms.
• Document requirements with stakeholders and business partners to better evaluate and understand business needs.
• Manage project and task intake, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Conduct sprint planning and workload management for the team during the sprint.
• Provide communications to key stakeholders.
• Use a key understanding of data and analytics to drive value for the team.
• Assist with and contribute to global continuous improvement programs for S2P reporting including reporting governance, systems, and data management.

Typical Day in the Role :

• Reviewing tasks that come through our centralized intake.
• Reaching out to requesters for additional information if needed.
• Working with the team to help prioritize the tasks.
• We have our sprint standup 4 times a week during our two-week sprints.
• Sprint planning happens once every three weeks
• We also have a sprint retrospective once every three weeks.

Skills :

• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with analytical tools and systems.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, Agile, Scrum, and sprint methodologies.
• Knowledge of data tools like Tableau and ThoughtSpot preferred.

Top 3 must-have HARD skills :

• Agile Sprint Methodology experience
• Project management
• Stakeholder management

Good to have skills :

• Data analysis
• Familiarity with data tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.)
• Process documentation experience
• At least 5 years

Education / Experience :

• BA / BS in a relevant field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
