Speech & Language Pathologist - Rehab - (SLP)
StartDate : 11 / 18 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1706.93 - $1966.68
SLP needed asap for 26 weeksGenerally set schedule 5 days / wk but likely to include 1 weekend dayRehab in Acute MBS experience and SNF facility.
There is a possibility of referrals for outpatient care.Meditech computerize documentation inpatient and paper and pencil outpatient doc.
Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. ??Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
Acute care experience and independent and proficient in completion of Modified Barium Swallow Studies in radiology without supervision by a radiologist.
Must be able to complete MBS study independently.Minimum 2 years experience preferably with SNF level or Rehab hospital experienceBLS, HI rehab licensure in appropriate disciplinePossible floating to another facility.
Depending on census at the time and staffingTraining in EMR documentation provided and orientation to rehab area / expectationsScrubs or per HMC dress code P&P
