Finance Manager

Exciting Career Opportunity : Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional to join a high-growth PE backed rocket ship.

Helping further build out the corporate FP&A functions and play a key role in the pre & post acquisitions relating to financial matters, diligence and integration.

You will support the operations, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Finance functions data-driven decision capability through forecast, budgeting, and detailed business analysis support..

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the development and maintenance financial models, data analysis and business insighted to support operations.
• Responsible for model driver development and data input collection and validation.
• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within financial models and analysis.
• Own the development and maintenance of gross margin reporting for all business users (actual and forecast).
• Identify and support efforts to establish and improve scalable business processes.
• Assist with financial analysis for special projects such as, acquisition, divestiture, financing analysis or due diligence.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 years of high-level & relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting. An MBA is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with automated financial software systems for reporting and data analysis.
• Working knowledge around a full P&L.
• Exceptional skills in Excel and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with an ERP System and Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organizational skills are essential.
• A collaborative nature, capable of working effectively with key stakeholders and staff.
