Job Summary and Qualifications

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team.

The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience.

The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patients physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.

What you will do in this role :

• You will perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs for patients in Acute care, Inpatient Rehab
• You will coordinate the treatment program with other clinical / therapeutic services.
• You will develop comprehensive goals for treatment to maximize patient outcomes.
• You will deliver care and modify the care plan in accordance with the patients needs.
• You will serve as an educator to patients, families, students and colleagues.

What Qualification You Will Need :

• Minimum education required is a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Kansas professional license or license eligible
• Basic Cardiac Life Saving (BCLS) American Heart Association
• New grads accepted
