WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

Responsible for the overall management, communication, and connectivity of venue operations and staff for assigned venuesDevelop and implement procedures to improve both operations and the financial performanceImplement security procedures and equipment that ensure guest, employee, artist, and venue safety while meeting department objectives and budgetsResponsible for the effective guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of venue premises to prevent theft, violence, and other risksManage the expenditure of venue resources according to company policies and proceduresMaintain and oversee operations for effective ingress and egress of the venuesCoordinate, schedule, and lead front of house and security staffAdvance and settle shows as neededEnsure venue cleaning schedules are followed and venue is presentableServe as main point of contact with shared services for venue needsCoordinate parking bag placement and record keeping as neededAssist and coordinate special event set up and ops plans as neededCoordinate sponsorship activations as neededLiaise with appropriate investigative and public safety agencies on matters related to operations, planning, and preventionUpkeep and maintenance of surveillance systemHave a working knowledge of the ticketing system to trouble-shoot problems, as neededResponsible for upkeep and oversight on show reports and ROME settlements for assigned venueMaintain a working climate that attracts, retains, and motivates quality personnelEnsure the organization's mission, values, commitments, goals and culture are upheld and practicedAll other duties as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Performs duties while standing and walking, including ascending and descending stairsLifts up to 75 poundsCrouches, kneels, twists, bends, and reaches frequentlyOccasionally works at heights above ground levelUtilizes hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipmentRegularly exposed to large crowds and high volumes of noiseOccasionally works in outdoor conditions

This position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more. This position is an at-will position, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time without notice or cause.
