What You'll Do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following :

  • Represent Scout Motors in VW Group committees, ensuring alignment on carry over parts module and component changes.
  • Manage and lead change meetings within the plant, driving timely and effective decisions.
  • Representing Production department in change management committees within Scout Motors
  • Steer the integration of Scout-specific change requests into VW Group IT systems and structures (e.g., AVON, TEVON, TI-Synchro).
  • Manage change management processes for Scout, adopting state-of-the-art tools from other brands.
  • Evaluate and approve technical change requests for pre-series, lifecycle and series within production.
  • Track financial and operational impacts of changes, ensuring transparency and documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional evaluations, coordinating with Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
  • Support lifecycle management with timely evaluations against project milestones.
  • Qualify a local Change Management team.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives for change tracking and reporting.

  • Education / Certifications : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Logistics or a related technical field.
  • 7-10 Years of Experience required in type of role : 5 years of experience in change management or automotive environment, preferably in a comparable role.
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with cross-border projects, cross-brands and multicultural teams.
  • Deep knowledge of change request evaluation, BOM management, and process compliance.
  • Experience with VW Group systems (AVON, KVS, TEVON, TI-Synchro) is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder reporting, cost control, and schedule coordination.
  • Fluent in English; German and / or Spanish fluency highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Executed complex, multi-phase programs from planning through implementation, ensuring deliverables met quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Coordinated effectively with stakeholders across departments and management levels to align objectives and share progress transparently.
  • Managed parallel workstreams with strong prioritization skills, proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
  • Introduced and refined processes that improved efficiency, accuracy, and cross-team workflow.
  • Applied creative, data-backed problem-solving to resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Contributed to a collaborative team culture, supporting knowledge sharing and collective success.

  • Pay Transparency

    This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

    Initial base salary range = $120,000.00 - $145,000.00
