Essential duties and responsibilities

The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining wash equipment, buildings, and site operations to ensure top-quality service.

This role includes preventative maintenance, completing service requests, sourcing parts, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate will lead by example, fostering a positive and productive wash culture through strong leadership, a commitment to excellence, and a focus on supporting and mentoring the team.

• Manage all aspects of site maintenance and service request completion.
• Perform preventative maintenance on wash equipment, buildings, and site to ensure optimal functioning.
• Document all services, maintenance activities, and corporate credit card expenditures accurately.
• Source and order necessary parts for ongoing operations and special projects.
• Undertake special projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

• 2+ years in field maintenance
• 2+ years of experience with industrial controls and automation, and in maintaining electric, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• 2 years of IT systems maintenance experience.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership skills to build a positive, productive car wash culture.
• Commitment to excellent wash quality, customer relations, and team mentorship.
