Job Summary
The Staffing Coordinator supports the full onboarding process, ensuring the smooth hiring and integration of new team members who are passionate about serving the intellectual and developmentally disabled community.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
Process and review background checks for compliance.
Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in relevant systems.
Schedule and coordinate required training sessions, including AIM, CPR / FA, and Core Competency.
Liaise between new hires and internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems.
Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics.
Qualifications :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and leadership.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with state and federal hiring practices and labor laws.

Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Education & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
35 years of human resources or onboarding experience.
