- Oversee and manage the operations of a Level III NICU, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, family-centered care.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of neonatal nurses and allied health professionals.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and protocols to optimize patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for neonatal patients.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the NICU team.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in neonatal care, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required.
- Advanced knowledge of neonatal intensive care protocols and standards.
