About the Role :

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Full Time Night Crew Manager at our San Francisco Castro location. The perfect candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent time management skills, willing and able to work graveyard shifts.

Essential Functions :

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Night Crew.
• Stocking, receiving, refilling, and rotating items on shelves.
• Unloading deliveries and breaking down in a timely manner.
• Keeping an organized and well-maintained backroom.
• Handling products in such a way as to reduce the amount of damaged goods and shrink.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 1 to 3 years of management experience.
• Pro-active team-oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude and ability to multi-task.
• Able to work overnight shifts.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience on a stock team.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Standing : Up to 8 hours per day.
• Walking : Up to 8 hours per day.
• Reaching : Up to 4 hours per day.
• Please be aware that you may be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as mandated by Company Policy.

Pay Range : $27.41 / hour
