We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our expanding team! This position is responsible to provide an increased availability of material to improve the turnaround time for in and out of warranty repairs by trouble shooting and repairing equipment issue in the field.
Responsibilities
Position : Skilled Mechanic - Heavy Equipment
Location : Southern California
Salary : $35.65 - $47.75 per hour, based on experience
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM, with occasional overtime
What You'll Do :
- Perform advanced mechanical repairs on both on and off-road construction equipment such as Foreman Trucks ,Excavators , wheel loaders and Backhoes.
- Maintenance tasks include scheduled services and safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and servicing activities.
- Collaborate in a team environment to improve work methods and contribute to project planning.

Qualifications
Who You Are :
- You have either a High School diploma or GED (Preferred). Technical school education is a plus.
- You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining heavy construction equipment.
- You are skilled in various mechanical tasks including welding, hydraulic and engine repairs.
- You are capable of performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- You value safety and possess a strong understanding of the occupational hazards of the trade.
