Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Diagnosing and repairing leaks and roofing issues in various systems : composition, metal, low-slope, and more.
  • Accurately assessing repair needs and communicating clearly with customers and the team.
  • Providing quality, code-compliant repairs that meet our high standards.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed on every job.
  • Managing your own materials, tools, and timelines efficiently.

    • Requirements :

  • Experience : 35+ years in roofing, including hands-on repair work across multiple roofing types.
  • Skills : Expert-level troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
  • Independence : Able to manage repair jobs start-to-finish.
  • Physical : Lift 50+ lbs, comfortable with heights and all weather conditions.
  • Mindset : Professional, solutions-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused.
