As Lead Mosquito Control Specialist at Mosquito Authority, you will oversee the day-to-day field operations of our organization while ensuring the quality of your teams productivity and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate, manage, monitor, and motivate the Specialist personnels daily activities and duties within the organization.
- Supervise, train and motivate staff to achieve desired goals and service requirements.
- Act as a liaison with management, aiding in the development of strategic plans for organizational growth.
- Develop sales and marketing opportunities and execute for territory customer growth
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
- High School graduate / GED
- One to three years basic pest control experience preferred
- One to three years basic pest control sales experience preferred
- Valid Drivers license and a good driving record
- Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
