Key Responsibilities
Build and develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Lead Recruiter
Maintain the sourcing system and manage funnel analytics to track effectiveness
Conduct active candidate sourcing and improve talent acquisition processes in the Non-IT domain
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a sourcer
Experience with performance analytics and understanding of recruitment funnels
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search queries
Ability to test hypotheses and evaluate new sourcing channels
English proficiency at B2 level
