Special Education Teacher (SPED) Needed for Virtual Services in Georgia!
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate special education teacher to join our team in Georgia. The ideal candidate MUST have a validspecial education certification.
Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
- Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students in a resource and co-teach model
- Collaborate with general education teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and academic and behavioral concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and learning
Requirements :
- Validspecial education certification
- Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently
