Free medical aesthetic training and ongoing support in a results-driven culture. Proven Closer : 2+ years in High Sales position, exceeding $30k / month sales. Skilled Aesthetician : Expert in Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting. Structured Leader : Thrives in protocol-driven, high-accountability settings. Self-Starter : Aligns with leadership, committed to integrity. If you avoid sales quotas or feel like sales approaches are pushy. If your only sales experience is retail / cashier / cosmetic based. If you are not comfortable working closely with clients bodies in a medical manner, you wont succeed here. If you prefer unstructured, low-pressure roles or you need excessive emotional support, this isnt for you. If you do not meet the minimum sales experience requirements, please do not apply. We have been a leader in the medical aesthetics industry for 18 years, with 5 locations in Texas where we offer results-driven, medical-grade aesthetic treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Mesopen, and Ultrasonic Facials.
Were scaling rapidly and seek a Clinic Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a small team, and optimize operations with unmatched precision. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve minimum of $40k / month sales through strategic consultations and upselling.
- Perform Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and all other procedures with technical precision.
- Enforce protocols, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Train and manage 12 LHR Technicians for upselling and service excellence.
- Support marketing to boost leads and visibility.
