Permanent Family Medicine Physician – Lewis County Health System (Lowville, NY)

Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a permanent position with a well-established practice in Lowville, NY. This opportunity arises from an upcoming retirement and offers strong patient volume with excellent APP support.

Position Highlights :

Base salary : up to $358,000 (75% MGMA)
$50,000 start / relocation bonus
RVU productivity bonus (paid quarterly, >

75% MGMA)

Established practice : ~120 patient visits / week

Minimal call : only 2–3 days / month for primary care group after-hours calls

Supported by two Family Nurse Practitioners
