Job Description

🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Lead design and technical development of K–12 projects from concept through construction administration
  • Collaborate with school districts, educators, and design teams to translate vision into buildable, engaging environments
  • Oversee production of high-quality construction documents and ensure compliance with codes, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved
  • Mentor emerging designers and contribute to a culture of creativity and technical excellence

🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
  • 5–10 years of experience in architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating K–12 or institutional projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with 3D visualization tools
  • Strong communication skills and comfort leading client and team meetings
  • A passion for designing spaces that enhance the educational experience
