Your Role :
As the Center Director, youll lead a team of educators committed to fostering independent, confident, and compassionate children.
Youll ensure compliance with California Title 22 regulations, maintain a safe and engaging environment, manage our proprietary curriculum, and support the professional development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with all state regulations
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
Oversee and implement TLEs curriculum
Lead, mentor, and train staff
Communicate effectively with parents
Manage center operations to ensure smooth daily functions
Qualifications :
2+ years of leadership experience in child care (1 year required)
Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool-aged children.
Bachelors degree, ECE units, or California child development permit.
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Background Clearance :
DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) clearance req
