Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructional Designer based in St. Louis, MO. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, managing learning management systems, and creating curricula. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, designing and developing course materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

Skills in Needs Analysis and assessing learning requirements

Proficiency in Instructional Design and Training & Development

Experience in Learning Management and Curriculum Development

Strong project management and collaboration skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment

Experience in the health and life sciences industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
