User Experience Designer

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to develop insights that shape experience design, including audits and user testing

Deliver user-centric experiences that meet client goals and support functional requirements

Lead or collaborate in interactive workshops and presentations with multiple stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related fields; agency experience preferred

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator

A Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in a relevant field is preferred but not required

Experience conducting user research and usability testing

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
