Growing construction company in search of an experienced Construction Project Manger to join their team. Specializing in Building Envelope (stone, masonry, water / fireproofing, etc.

Construction Project Manager Duties :
- Planning all phases of projects from initiation to completion
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Ensuring project plans stay on schedule
- Overseeing Superintendents and Construction Managers
- Developing and tracking budgets, timelines, and QC
- Creating / Delegating submittal documents
- Utilizing scheduling software to keep projects on track
- Attending pre-construction and other specialized meetings
Construction Project Manager Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in the construction field
- Ability to read construction plans, specs, and contracts
- Proficient in project management software
- Communication skills and relationship building
- Time management, problem solving, and organization required
- Bachelor's degree in construction sciences or related field preferred
