We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our medical staff.

Scheduling needs :
- Shifts available Monday through Sunday
- 10am to 6pm
- 10 hour shifts
- Ability to work rotating weekends preferred
Duties :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health care, treatment options, and disease management.
- Insert IVs and administer medications through IVs.
- Assist with venipuncture and other medical procedures as needed.
- Provide care for patients in various settings, including internal medicine, pediatrics, and memory care.
- Utilize knowledge of physiology to assess patient conditions and develop effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Skills :
- Experience working with children and pediatrics.
- Ability to administer medications and perform venipuncture.
- Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques.
- Understanding of physiology and its relation to patient care.
