The Financial Consolidation Systems And Reporting Accountant is primarily responsible for ensuring that data is migrated accurately between various key financial systems and corresponding analytical tools. The role will work closely with the Global Financial Consolidation and FP&A teams to educate financial system users on best practices, address data integrity problems, and provide ad-hoc analytical support as required. The role will be the primary point of contact ensuring accurate chart of accounts, legal entity, and departmental structure is maintained within the Hyperion environment to assist the world-wide team in financial analysis.
Degree in Accounting and / or Finance preferred.

Accounting : Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
Financial Analysis : Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
Financial Reporting : Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
Top Candidates Will Have the Following :
3-5+ of accounting and financial reporting systems experience.
Experience in global consolidation processes.
Demonstrated significant skills in communicating complex data to users with varying degrees of experience and end-use needs.
Summary Pay Range : $108,834.00 - $163,252.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
