Job Summary :
The Administrative Director is responsible forplanning organizing directing and managing resources for multipledepartments / service lines on a twentyfour (24) hour basis.
Thisrole involves budget responsibility efficient resource utilizationstaff management achieving quality outcomes performance improvementand maintaining positive working relationships across theorganization.
Key Duties &Responsibilities :
- Plan organizedirect and manage resources for multiple departments / servicelines
- Manage budget and ensureefficient / effective resourceutilization
- Recruit manage and develop assignedstaff
- Achieve quality outcomes and driveperformance improvement initiatives
- Monitorquality and quantity of services
- Maintainpositive working relationships with staff and systemdepartments / managers
- Oversee purchasing andmaintenance of equipment
- Complete establishedcompetencies for the position within designated introductoryperiod
Qualifications : I. Education :
I. Education :
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (required)
- Masters Degree in Nursing Business or RelatedField (preferred)
II.Experience :
- 5 yearsexperience in discipline or specialty
- 35 yearsprogressively responsible managementexperience
III.License(s) / Certification(s) :
- Current Texas State License for RegisteredNurse (required)
- Active healthcare providerBasic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA)
- AHAHealthcare Provider BLS within 60 days ofhire
- Specialty or Administration certification(a plus)

- Strong leadership andmanagement skills
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
- Indepth knowledge ofperioperative services and hospitaloperations
- Proficiency in budget management andresource allocation
