Field Support Agent
IDEMIA National Security Solutions (NSS) is seeking an experienced individual with a diverse background in information technology to act as a Field Support Agent and support our information technology support team at customer locations. This role will require travel to DoD Installations to support NSS equipment, interact with stakeholders and access a secure network to troubleshoot. The individual must possess a US Government Common Access Card (CAC Card).
In this role you will work closely with the Program Director, Integration Teams, and back-office support teams. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison for NSS and DoD stakeholders to access a virtual desktop onsite at DoD installations and assist NSS integration teams with remote support. You will be required to access the facility and verbally communicate with the NSS team during outages or routine maintenance.
