Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Interaction : Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Phlebotomy : Perform accurate and efficient blood draws, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Specimen Processing : Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing.
• Quality Assurance : Adhere to quality control standards and maintain accurate records.
• Regulatory Compliance : Comply with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training (e.g., medical assistant, paramedic) preferred
• Phlebotomy certification (required in certain states)
• 6+ months of phlebotomy experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
