- Lead The Lead-to-Cash Transformation
Design and execute a unified lead-to-cash roadmap across Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, and Finance systems.
Re-engineer business processes to enable automation, transparency, and end-to-end data flow from lead generation through billing and revenue recognition.Identify interdependencies and drive system rationalization and integration to eliminate manual workarounds.Enterprise Systems Strategy & GovernanceDefine and enforce governance models for data integrity, integration standards, and change management.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align business requirements with scalable system solutions.Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure and continuously improve lead-to-cash performance.Execution & Program ManagementLead cross-functional teams and external implementation partners to deliver on time, on budget, and without disruption.
Own program planning, risk management, and communication across executive stakeholders.Ensure proper documentation, training, and adoption throughout the organization.Change LeadershipServe as the executive sponsor and integrator of enterprise systems change.
Drive alignment and engagement across teams through clear communication, process ownership, and a bias for action.Champion "ease of doing business principle and our standard of operational excellence in every decision.Qualifications
10 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or IT program leadership.Must have : 5 years leading complex lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash transformations in a PE environment.Deep functional expertise across Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, and financial / ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models, sales operations, billing, and revenue recognition.Exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity and deliver scalable, connected solutions.Preferred Attributes
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.Familiarity with RevOps, subscription billing, and usage-based pricing.Process improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.Pragmatic, hands-on leader who balances strategic vision with operational execution.
