A well-established and highly reputable Commercial General Contractor has an immediate need for a Senior Preconstruction Manager to join their organization.
This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company that has been in business for over half a century providing General Contracting, Construction Management and Design / Build services for select clients.
They specialize in ground-up construction and renovations in various market sectors. This is not for a contract hire, but a long-term career as they have an extensive backlog of upcoming projects.
Duties :
- Responsible for bid day preparation
- Preconstruction communications
- Bid documents such as plans and specifications
- Maintaining job folder organization
- Conceptual budgets / project costs based on quantity surveys with senior staff
Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience as an Estimator or Preconstruction Manager for a licensed Commercial General Contractor working projects $10M+
- Candidates should have a four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, Engineering or up to four years of directly related field experience
