Job Title : Receptionist / Entry-Level Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Join our client's dynamic team as a Receptionist where you will play a crucial role in supporting our brokerage and investment sales teams.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with proposal creation, managing client documentation, ensuring accuracy in listing materials, and helping with marketing administrative duties.
Additionally, you will be responsible for posting to social media, coordinating marketing efforts, preparing for tours, and organizing brokerage events.
You will also handle incoming calls, enter work orders, and perform various clerical duties to support our brokers.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Proofreading and correcting spelling, grammatical, and layout errors
- Experience in real estate is a plus
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore / Pikesville, Maryland.
Work Environment
Open work environment, Monday to Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm, with reduced hours in the summer (Fridays out by 2-3pm)
