Your Responsibilities as Lead Appliance Technician
As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.
Here are your primary responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
- Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
- Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
- Effectively communicate with the office.

Thirst for Knowledge : New appliances and features come out all the time, so there is a need for regular training. You aren’t afraid to research new equipment and take advantage of training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
Desire to Share Knowledge and Skill s : This role requires someone who truly enjoys teaching other technicians all of the skills listed above.
Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the Appliance Technician position.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus!

The pay range for this position is $ to $ per hour, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
