timely completion of assigned repair, warranty and preventive maintenance service on motorcycles by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Retrieves customer vehicles into service area for service preparation.
• Reviews service orders and inspects vehicles accordingly for additional repairs or malfunctions by test driving or troubleshooting vehicle operation.
• Applies technical knowledge to diagnose cause of vehicle malfunctions.
• Obtains final approval prior to performing additional repairs.
• Responds to repair inquiries in a prompt manner.
• Performs repairs and maintenance service work requested in accordance with approved quality and efficiency standards.
• Applies knowledge and ability to safely utilize all tools and equipment.
• Test-rides and assures proper operation of all vehicles in accordance with Manufacturer standards
• Maintains technical competence by attending all classes and shop meetings as requested, and reading all service bulletins to maintain needed skills.
