Forklift Operator / Order Puller
Eastern Metal Supply has immediate openings for experienced and reliable Warehouse Professionals Fulltime 2nd Shift that can safely operate a forklift, pull and bundle orders and load / unload trucks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Picking and pulling multi line orders
- Wrapping orders, shipping, receiving, packing and receiving orders
- Staging and loading orders onto trucks
- Operate a standup 4 Directional Raymond forklift
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English effectively
- Perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Read a tape measure
- Stand for extensive periods of time
- Must be able to bend, reach upwards or outwards, twist, turn around and climb up
- Perform job tasks repetitiously at a very fast pace
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance
- Lift heavy objects, 50 75 lbs. with and without assistance
