Job Responsibilities

Lead strategic client engagement from overall program delivery perspective, build relationships and professionally manage client expectations, co-create and ideate solutions and value propositions via the use of Analytics, Technology and Artificial Intelligence from C5i portfolio, and position C5i as thought leader / best in class.

Global Program and Client Management ( 60%)

  • Liaise closely with global stakeholders in client organization / s to ideate, plan and execute priority programs aimed at building analytics competency, hinging on core solution design, architecting, data modelling, data science, Data / Dev / MLOps et al
  • Project manage key initiatives and programs targeted to meet SLAs or commitments, with operational excellence on one hand, and growth mindset on another, and with data / business at the center
  • Drive excellent client communication, meaningful conversations and transparency that demonstrates C5i capability in bringing value to the table, and being forthcoming in resolving brimming issues
  • Take complete ownership of program delivery and all related client / internal coordination for able Governance, Escalation Management, Value Adds, and following the cadence on WBRs / MBRs / QBRs

People & Delivery Management ( 30%)

  • Collaborate with all required C5i stakeholders including but not limited to Client Partners, Offshore Delivery Leads, HR / Hiring, Consulting, Governance, and Practice Leads across DE, DS, BI, AI, UI / UX
  • Proactively develop robust processes, standardized work practices, and strong relationships through continuous focus on growth to better support client’s goals, and addressing capability proactively
  • Build strong teams by hiring the best fits, building talent by addressing gaps, and keeping them challenged / motivated to let them give their best;

also, proactively plan backups / future requirements

  • Keep a close tab on all P&L , compliance to Operating Metrics, and contribute in improving them
  • Manage workload effectively across globally spread teams, drive knowledge management programs, and finally, ensure training gaps are identified and actioned all in collaboration with offshore teams

Innovation & Solution Development ( 10%)

Provide SME inputs on the core technical subject / application areas of Data Engineering & Modelling in the CPG space, i.

e. Solution Architecting, Data Pipelining, Data Quality, Cloud Platforms and BI / Reporting; as well as core functional areas such as HR / People Analytics, Sales / Marketing Analytics

  • Collaborate with team members and other leaders in the organizations to help progress the solution / product development agenda, aimed at building capability for clients / C5i, e.g. accelerators
  • Stay abreast of client and industry landscape, challenges, and problem statements, unique products / solutions, and infuse current capability by providing such inputs, and sharing knowledge

Requirements & Qualifications :

Proven Delivery and Consulting Leader with Data at the core and evolving Tech space around it, with 12+ years of experience, mostly in CPG / Retail, across multi-cultural environ, esp.

of the US and Western EU

  • Solid client champion with proven expertise in managing client expectations / relationships
  • Understanding of Cloud ecosystem (Azure) and operationalize of Data and Analytics Use cases / Products
  • Creativity to go beyond current tools to deliver the best solution to the problem
  • Executive presence, and adept at the art of managing senior client stakeholder conversations
  • Bachelors in Engineering or related technical domains and Masters (Technical or Management)
  • Analytics / Technology consulting experience
  • Strong Problem solving, business acumen and communication
  • Travel to client office locations as and when needed
