Responsibilities
- Represent the firm as the first voice and first face that our clients engage with.
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons' visit and directs them accordingly.
- Handle multi lines switchboard, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate team member.
- Reserve conference rooms for meetings and communicates with team members regarding the needs for those meetings.
- Ensure reception and lobby area areas are clean and tidy.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office, including FedEx, UPS, other.
- Handle parking validations and record keeping.
- Communicate with building management for any in-house needs.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Coordinate and place food orders for meetings and communicates with officer services.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Education, Experience, Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Reception, or related area.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
