As a Sales Overlay Specialist for JAGGAER, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities for our payment solutions product, JAGGAER Pay.

Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will leverage your expertise to overlay JAGGAER Pay onto existing sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with clients' financial goals and enhancing overall value propositions.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities where JAGGAER Pay can augment existing solutions, providing clients with comprehensive payment capabilities.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their payment processing needs, demonstrating how JAGGAER Pay can optimize financial workflows and streamline transactions.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to articulate and enhance the value proposition of JAGGAER Pay, aligning it with client needs and industry trends.
  • Develop a deep understanding of JAGGAER Pay's technical aspects, ensuring the ability to convey its benefits clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including solutions consulting, presentations, and responses to client inquiries to facilitate the successful integration of JAGGAER Pay into the sales process.
  • Collaborate with payment processing partners to introduce prospects to JAGGAER’s integrated partner applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the Salesforce, contributing to the overall sales pipeline management.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in the payments or financial technology sector.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B payment solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate its features and benefits.
  • Stay aware of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes related to payment processing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive successful outcomes.
