What we're looking for :
- Seasoned real estate professionals with a proven track record and a couple of homes sold.
- Expertise in representing sellers and buyers in residential transactions.
- Proficiency in drafting purchase agreements and listing agreements.
- Strong ability to conduct property evaluations and determine accurate property values.
- Dedication to providing exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in maintaining CRM tools and systems.
