- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized treatment plans.- Conduct therapeutic procedures to improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for optimizing recovery.- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to continued professional development and staying current with advancements in occupational therapy.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to modify therapeutic approaches based on patient progress.- Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical standards within the practice.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
