Responsibilities Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Opportunity - Join our team! Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital is committed to providing top-notch behavioral health and psychiatric support to children and teens aged 3 to 17.

About Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital : 88 licensed beds for child and adolescent psychiatric specialties Child and adolescent units, including Partial Hospital Programs Newest facility, only 5 years old Exciting growth and clinical specialties development Unique programs : Polaris Program for LGBTQ+ adolescents, Worthy Program for teens in Sex Trafficking The Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the Garfield Park Senior Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care;

ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

The CNO participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.
