Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicatedHome Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Lewisburg, WVwith ourpartnered Nationwide Home Health Agency.

- Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)
- Pay : Negotiable based on territory budget and experience
- Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k after 90 days
- Mileage Reimbursement : Provided, patient to patient

Job Duties :
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.
Job Requirements :
- Active West Virginia Registered Nurse (RN)license.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
- Proficiency in Homecare Homebase is required.
- Proficiency in Oasis is required.
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.
- Completion of Joint Commission onboarding upon offer.
