Position Overview
As a Creative Strategist in the Office of the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving NewWorld’s growth, working closely with the CEO and COO to produce winning pitches for strategic partners and drive brand and marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly generative creative strategist with business acumen and an ability to produce high-level written work with speed, clarity, and confidence.
You’ll work directly with a fast-thinking g CEO in a business focused on achieving high growth while fostering a powerful culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Growth Initiatives : Collaborate with the CEO to identify and drive new growth opportunities, including expanding partnerships, launching new service offerings, and exploring new markets.
Creative Leadership : Provide creative insight and direction for key projects, ensuring alignment with A-B’s values of equity, inclusion, and bold narratives.
Creative Production : Outline, draft, edit, and deliver high quality written materials including briefs, proposals, pitch decks, email correspondence, work plans, strategic frameworks, and strategic memos intended for a C-suite audience.
Business Development : Lead the development of creative pitches and proposals for potential clients, leveraging A-B’s expertise in IdentityPowered Design™ to craft compelling stories.
Special Projects : Manage and execute special projects directly supporting the CEO's vision, spanning creative campaigns, internal initiatives, and thought leadership pieces.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work across teams, including strategy, design, and communications, to ensure cohesion and impact on key initiatives.
Trendspotting : Stay ahead of industry trends and insights that can inform A-B’s positioning, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of creative innovation and thought leadership.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Growth Strategist, or in a similar role in a creative agency or consultancy setting.
Exceptional storytelling, communication, and pitch development skills as expressed through written materials, with a high premium put on deck writing and long-form writing showing clarity, focus, and structured problem-solving.
Ability to think both creatively and strategically to align business goals with innovative creative solutions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
Passion for equity-driven creative work and a deep understanding of A-B’s commitment to challenging power dynamics in storytelling.
Experience working directly with C-suite executives, providing both strategic insight and tactical support .
Organized, energetic and inspiring addition

The salary band for this role starts at $90,000 annually.
