Senior Construction Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong background in data center construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data centers.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of mission critical environments is a plus.
