Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong background in data center construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data centers.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of mission critical environments is a plus.
